Ingredients
For prosciutto wrapped avocados with goat cheese
  Avocado 1 Large, sliced
  Prosciutto 4 Large
  Goat cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
For salsa baked avocado
  Avocado 1 Large, halved
  Salsa 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned breadcrumbs 1 Tablespoon
Directions

FOR MAKING PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED AVOCADOS WITH GOAT CHEESE
GETTING READY
1. Slice avocados in wedges.

MAKING
2. On the avocado wedges, sprinkle salt, pepper and red chili powder.
3. In the centre of avocado, place goat cheese and wrap with prosciutto.

SERVING
4. Serve with your favourite salsa.

FOR MAKING SALSA BAKED AVOCADO
GETTING READY
1. Cut avocado in half.
2. Preheat oven to 450*F.

MAKING
3. In the avocado half, place salsa and top with parmesan bread crumbs.
4. Pop it into the oven for 8 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve it with salsa.
