No-Bake Avocado Crème Brûlée

Made with coconut milk, vanilla bean and avocado, this crème brûlée is not only a no-bake recipe but it also vegan!
Ingredients
  Avocado 2
  Coconut cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla bean 1
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs) (1/4 cup for brulee)
Directions

MAKING
1.Puree the avocados.
2.In a pan, warm the coconut milk, halved vanilla bean and sugar.
3.Cool the coconut milk mixture, remove the vanilla bean, and mix it with the avocado puree.
4.Take two ramekins and divide the mixture between the two.
5.Chill for an hour.
6.Top the ramekins with enough sugar to coat.
7.Brûlée the sugar with a blow torch.

SERVING
7.Serve right away.
