No-Bake Avocado Crème Brûlée
|Coconut cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs) (1/4 cup for brulee)|
1.Puree the avocados.
2.In a pan, warm the coconut milk, halved vanilla bean and sugar.
3.Cool the coconut milk mixture, remove the vanilla bean, and mix it with the avocado puree.
4.Take two ramekins and divide the mixture between the two.
5.Chill for an hour.
6.Top the ramekins with enough sugar to coat.
7.Brûlée the sugar with a blow torch.
7.Serve right away.
