Grilled Avocado Salsa

This unique twist on traditional guacamole will soon be a favorite.
Ingredients
  Avocado 2 Large (Hass avocados, ripe and firm)
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Red onion 1⁄2 Large, diced
  Lemon 1⁄2 Large, juiced
  Finely chopped jalapeno 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the avocados lengthwise and grill them for 3 minutes.

MAKING
2. Dice the tomatoes,onions and jalapeno pepper.
3. Chop the cilantro finely.
4. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
5. Score the avocado and scoop it out.
6. Gently toss everything together.

SERVING
7. Plate it and serve.
