Fresh & Twisted Guacamole

Ingredients
  Corn on the cob 1 , de-kernelled
  Small red onion/Yellow onion 1⁄2 , finely diced
  Jalapeno 1
  Cherry or grape tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), whole, halved
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Avocados 2 , diced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, put all the ingredients together, in any order (with the exception of the avocado being last), and mix thoroughly.

SERVING
2. Enjoy with chips or in a sandwich!
