Devilled Stuffed Avocado Pears

Ingredients
For stuffing
  French dressing 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter / 2/3 Cup)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  French mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Pinch (A Good Pinch)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Red pepper 1 Large, diced
  Spring onions 2 , trimmed, washed and shredded
  Tomatoes 4 , skinned, deseeded and chopped
  Ripe avocado pears 3 Large
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Lemon twists 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by halving the avocados and discarding the stones

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredeints together
3. In a bowl, now add the pepper, onions and tomatoes
4. Take the avocados and stones, and wipe surface of each half with lemon juice, spoon stuffing into the centres
5. Garnish each with a twist of lemon

SERVING
6. Serve chilled
