Ingredients
  Avocado pears 2
  Shelled shrimps/Shelled prawns 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Use As Required)
  Mayonnaise/French vinaigrette dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1)Cut the avocado pears and remove the seed from the centre.
2)Sprinkle some lemon juice over it.
3)Fill the hollowed centres of avocado pears with prawns or shrimps, tossed in mayonnaise or dressing.
SERVING
4)This Seafood Avocado is a wonderful beginning to a light lunch, or a great appetizer for an elegant dinner.
