Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3 (Firm Ones)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Cocktail sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked flaked crab/Lobster meat / prawns 1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked
  Lemon wedges 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Halve each avocado lengthwise and discard the seeds.

MAKING
2) Brush lemon juice over each avocado halve to prevent discolouring.
3) In a bowl, combine the seafood with the cocktail sauce.
4) Spoon the mixture into the seed cavity of each avocado half.

SERVING
5) Garnish the Avocado Seafood Cocktail with lemon wedges and serve chilled.
