Chilled Avocado

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 4 Large
  Lettuce leaves 8
For dressing
  Virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Peel avocados and cut them into half, lengthwise, and remove stones.
2) Cut each half into 4-5 slices breadthwise.

MAKING
3) On a flat platter, arrange the lettuce leaves.
4) On lettuce leaves, arrange avocado, with a cut side facing down.
5) Combine ingredients for dressing and whisk till well amalgamated.
6) Sprinkle dressing over avocados.
7) Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes till chilled.

SERVING
8) Serve the chilled avocado as appetizer or side dish.
