|Blue stilton cheese||225 Gram|
1) On one side, toast the bread and then thinly butter the other side.
2) Divide the avocado into quarters and arrange it on the buttered end of the bread. Cover with thin Stilton slices.
3) Melt the cheese by flashing the prepared sandwich under a hot grill.
4) Serve immediately, while the sandwich is still hot. Garnish with lettuce, king prawns and a wedge of lemon. Makes a good appetizer as well as snack.
