Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Large
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Large curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Rhubarb sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), drained (Unsweetened)
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Crisp)
  Bacon slices 4 , dried, halved (Crisp)
Directions

Peel, seed, and mash avocado; add lemon juice.
Add all other ingredients except bacon and lettuce, blending well.
Serve on lettuce, with 2 halved bacon slices crisscrossed on each salad.
