Ingredients
  California avocados 2
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Black caviar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut avocados lengthwise and remove seeds.
2) Apply a coat of lemon juice on the cut sides.
3) Fill the cavity with caviar.

SERVING
4) Place the half avocado shells on ice and garnish with hard-boiled chopped egg, if desired. Serve.
