1) Remove the skin and stone of avocado.
2) Cut the cucumber into slices after zesting.
3) In a food processor, puree the cucumber slices, saving two pieces for garnish.
4) Mix avocado with rest of the ingredients and puree.
5) Garnish the cocktail with zest and slices of cucumber and serve at once in large fluted glasses.
