Avocado Shrimp Bowls
|Head of lettuce||1⁄2|
|Curly endive||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Water cress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Cleaned cooked shrimp||1 Cup (16 tbs), or canned, drained|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , sliced|
|Avocado||1 , sliced|
1) Tear the head lettuce, watercress and endive into small pieces.
2) In the individual salad bowls, place the mixed salad greens.
3) Arrange the sliced eggs, avocados and drained shrimp over the salad greens.
4) Serve immediately with the clear French dressing.
