Ingredients
  Avocado 1⁄2 Medium, peeled
  Yogurt cream cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Pistachios 2 Tablespoon
  Chinese parsley 2 Teaspoon (Or Cilantro)
  Capers 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend avocado and cream cheese thoroughly.
2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

SERVING
3. Spread on toasted bagels and pita bread and serve.
