Flounder Avocado Cocktail

Ingredients
  Flaked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Flounder Or Other Fish)
  Cocktail sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Avocado cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (As Desired)
  Lemon wedges 3 (As Desired)
  Catsup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tobasco 6 Drop
  Celery 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

Combine all cocktail sauce ingredients and chillm Arrange layers of cocktail sauce, avocado, and fish in cocktail glasses.
Begin and end with cocktail sauce.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
