Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Grapefruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe avocados 2 , mashed
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a pot, boil 1/2 cup water.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, add 1/2 cup cold water and add in the gelatin to soften.
3) Add the soft gelatin to 1/2 cup boiling water and stir till dissolved
4) Add in the grapefruit juice and refrigerate till consistency turns mushy.
5) Add in the remaining ingredients and beat till smooth.
6) Transfer into a mold.
7) Refrigerate till firm.

SERVING
8) Garnish with ripe olives.
