Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1
Directions

MAKING
5. In a saucepan, mix in the first 5 ingredients and heat.
6. Halve the avocado and deseed. Fill cavity of each avocado half with hot sauce

SERVING
7. Serve immediately.
