Peel grapes and slit the side, but do not cut in half.
Remove the pips through the slit.
Soak the grapes in the honey and lemon juice for an hour.
Peel the avocado.
With vege- table scoop, cut into round balls.
Combine the grapes and the avocado in the serving glasses and pour over the juice, which will have come from the grapes, the lemon and the honey.
Top with a teaspoonful of mayon- naise, and garnish with a whole, peeled grape.
