Ingredients
  Curly endive leaves 8
  Avocados 2 , peeled
  Pink grapefruit segment 1
  Orange segments 2
  Cherries 500 Milliliter, stoned
  Pine nuts 125 Milliliter
  Mayonnaise 250 Milliliter
  Confectionery sugar 60 Milliliter
  Ground cinnamon 3 Milliliter
  Toasted shredded coconut 80 Milliliter
Directions

Place the endive on chilled salad plates.
Cut the avocados in half.
Place thin cuts down the avocado halves from 1/4-inch (6 mm) of the narrow end through the thick end.
Fan the avocado halves.
Mix the fruit and pine nuts.
Blend the mayonnaise with the sugar and cinnamon.
Thoroughly mix through the fruit.
Divide the fruit salad among the plates.
Place an avocado fan on each.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Serve.
