Avocado And Shrimp Cream

|Ripe avocados||3 Large, peeled and pitted (Very Ripe)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Fresh shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, cooked, shelled (225 Gram)|
Put a strainer over a mixing bowl and rub the avocados through the strainer with the back of a wooden spoon.
Clean out the strainer and rub the avocados through again.
Beat in the remaining ingredients and spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.
