Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3 Large, peeled and pitted (Very Ripe)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Fresh shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, cooked, shelled (225 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put a strainer over a mixing bowl and rub the avocados through the strainer with the back of a wooden spoon.
Clean out the strainer and rub the avocados through again.
Beat in the remaining ingredients and spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.
