Shrimp Avocado Bowls

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1⁄2
  Curly endive head 1⁄2
  Cleaned shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , sliced
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Water cress 2
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Tear lettuce and endive in bite-size pieces in individual salad bowls.
Top with shrimp, egg slices, and avocado.
Trim with water cress.
Pass dressing.
