AVOCADO A LA KING
|Diced avocado||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|White sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Prepare green peppers and cut into very thin strips.
Heat the white sauce with the mushrooms and peppers thoroughly.
Remove from heat and add the cubed avocado, stirring gently to cover with sauce, and serve at once in hot patty shells, on toast or with rice.
