|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Ripe avocado||1 , peeled and cubed|
|Lime||1⁄2 , grated (Zest Grated And Juice Extracted)|
|Cooked peeled prawns||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Tomato||1 , skinned and chopped|
|Greek yoghurt||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Tomato puree||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Ground paprika||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)Set potatoes to bake in the hot oven.
2)In a small bowl, keep avocado pieces in lime juice to avoid them getting decolorised.
3)Add in tomato and prawns. Mix.
4)In a separate small bowl, mix together, tomato puree, Tabasco, yogurt, lime zest and seasoning.
5)Coat prawns with this.
6)Make a shallow cut on surface of baked potato and open slightly.
7)Top with prawns and garnish with paprika. Serve hot.
