Prawn Avocado

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 4 Large
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled and cubed
  Lime 1⁄2 , grated (Zest Grated And Juice Extracted)
  Cooked peeled prawns 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Tomato 1 , skinned and chopped
  Greek yoghurt 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Tomato puree 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Ground paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Set potatoes to bake in the hot oven.
2)In a small bowl, keep avocado pieces in lime juice to avoid them getting decolorised.
3)Add in tomato and prawns. Mix.
4)In a separate small bowl, mix together, tomato puree, Tabasco, yogurt, lime zest and seasoning.
5)Coat prawns with this.
6)Make a shallow cut on surface of baked potato and open slightly.

SERVING
7)Top with prawns and garnish with paprika. Serve hot.
