Avocado With Curried Mussels

Ingredients
  Mussels 120
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Quart
  White vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Avocados 12
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Lemon wedges 2 (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.In a saucepan, steam mussels after covering the pan.
2.Once done, shell mussels and allow them to reach the room temperature.

MAKING
3.Take a mixing bowl, and put curry powder and mayonnaise in it and stir well.
4.Put vinegar and shelled mussels and refrigerate.
5.Cut the avacados in two parts.
6.Chop the bottom part so that the fruit can balance well.
7.Take a serving dish lined with lettuce leaves, and place the avacados on it.
8.Put the mixture on the fruit forming a heap.
9.Add chopped parsley on the mixture.
10.Top with cucumber, green pepper and lemon slices.

SERVING
11.Serve in a dish.
