Prawn Stuffed Avocado
|Baby prawns||2 Ounce|
|Chopped ginger||1⁄2 Ounce, preserved|
|Diced pineapple||1⁄2 Ounce (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Thousand island dressing||2 Ounce|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
1.Slice the avocado lengthwise and des tone.
2.Try to scoop the fruit flesh with a spoon and once done make small pieces of it.
3.In a small mixing bowl, put cubed avocado, baby prawns, stem ginger, fresh or canned pineapple, dressing and cayenne pepper.
4.Stir all the ingredients well.
5.Fill the mixture in avocado skins.
6.Take a china avocado dish, put lettuce leave on it, place the avocado refills and top with sliced lemons, cucumbers and parsley sprigs.
