Avocados With Grapes
|Grapes||3⁄4 Pound (1 Bunch)|
|Dry white wine||5 Ounce|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Peel 1/2 cucumber.
Cut in 1/2 lengthwise and remove seeds.
Chop very fine.
Sprinkle with a little freshly ground pepper.
Skin and pip 1 bunch grapes.
Soak in 4-5 oz. dry white wine for 1/2 hour.
Drain grapes and combine with the cucumber.
Chill.Cut the avocados in half just before serving—to avoid discoloration.
Fill with the grape mixture and serve.
