Avocado Pears And Prawns
|Avocado pears||2 Large|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 Pinch (Good Pinch)|
|Pepper||1 Pinch (Good Pinch)|
|Mixed mustard||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Little Required)|
|Shelled prawns||1⁄2 Pint (2 Tea Cup)|
|Crisp lettuce leaves||4|
|Garlic||1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), crushed|
Halve the pears.
Blend the oil, vinegar and seasonings together.
Toss the prawns in this, and then spoon into the pear halves.
Put on to crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with wedges of lemon.
A pinch of sugar can be added to the dressing if wished, also a little garlic.
