Avocado Fruit Toss
|Head of lettuce||1 Small|
|Ripe avocados||2 Medium|
|Orange sections||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grapefruit sections||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Pomegranate seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Tear lettuce and endive into bite-size pieces.
Halve and seed avocados.
Peel; slice into bowl.
Add orange and grapefruit sections.
Toss with enough clear French dressing to coat.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
