|Icing sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pistachio nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched and chopped|
|Kiwi fruit||1 , peeled and sliced into 6 pieces|
Remove pits and dice flesh.
In a blender, combine lime juice and icing sugar.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Add avocado and blend until smooth.
Pour into a large bowl.
Beat the cream until soft peaks form.
Fold cream gently into the avocado mixture.
Divide the avocado mixture among 6 champagne glasses.
