Ingredients
  Avocados 3 Large
  Limes/Lemons 2 , juiced
  Icing sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pistachio nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched and chopped
  Kiwi fruit 1 , peeled and sliced into 6 pieces
Directions

Peel avocados.
Remove pits and dice flesh.
In a blender, combine lime juice and icing sugar.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Add avocado and blend until smooth.
Pour into a large bowl.
Beat the cream until soft peaks form.
Fold cream gently into the avocado mixture.
Divide the avocado mixture among 6 champagne glasses.
