Avocado Shrimp Bowls

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1⁄2
  Curly endive 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Water cress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Cleaned Cooked / Canned)
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , sliced
  Avocado 1 , sliced
Directions

Break up lettuce in bite-size pieces.
Tear endive and water cress in small pieces.
Arrange mixed greens in individual salad bowls.
Top with shrimp, egg slices, and avocado.
Pass clear French dressing.
