Avocados With Consomme

Ingredients
  Condensed consomme 2 Can (20 oz) (Almost 284 Milliliters Each)
  Sherry 125 Milliliter
  Avocados 3
  Lemon juice 1
  Pepper To Taste
  Sour cream 90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoons)
Directions

Add Sherry to consomme, chill and gel in square or loaf pan.
Halve and seed avocados, season with lemon juice and pepper.
Unmold jellied consomme, cut into cubes, fill hollows of avocados.
Garnish with sour cream.
