Avocado Cocktail

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 4 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Well seasoned chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄8 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Hard boiled egg 1
  Avocados 2 Small, peeled and cubed
  Crabmeat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grapefruit 2 Can (20 oz)
Directions

Combine lemon juice, orange juice, mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, salt and Tabasco.
Force egg through a ricer or sieve and stir into mixture.
Arrange avocado in cocktail glasses with crabmeat and grapefruit sections.
Use grapefruit sparingly.
Pour sauce over the top and chill thoroughly before serving.
