|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Well seasoned chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄8 Teaspoon, grated|
|Hard boiled egg||1|
|Avocados||2 Small, peeled and cubed|
|Crabmeat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grapefruit||2 Can (20 oz)|
Combine lemon juice, orange juice, mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, salt and Tabasco.
Force egg through a ricer or sieve and stir into mixture.
Arrange avocado in cocktail glasses with crabmeat and grapefruit sections.
Use grapefruit sparingly.
Pour sauce over the top and chill thoroughly before serving.
