Avocado And Hearts Of Palm

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 Large, peeled and chopped
  Canned hearts of palm 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Pecorino 10 Large
  Romano cheese/Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cut avocados and hearts of palm into similar sizes, either lengthwise or into bite-size pieces. Mix together gently.
2. Divide into 4 parts and place on individual plates.
3. Whisk together oil and vinegar. Pour over avocado and hearts of palm.
4. Sprinkle shavings of cheese over the salad. Add salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste.
