  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Choose Good Quality Oil In A Cruet)
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh pepper To Taste
Directions

Serve 1/2 avocado to each person and pass the cruets for each person to help himself.
Salt and pepper should also be provided.
