Green Peas With Avocado

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Peas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn germ oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Head of lettuce 1⁄4 , finely shredded
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1 Small, cut into 8 thick slices
Directions

Add peas to 1-1/4 cup boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain.
Heat 1 T oil in saucepan, add onion and lettuce, and cook until soft.
Add peas, 1/2 c boiling water, honey, salt.
Combine flour with 1 T oil, making a smooth paste, then add to peas.
Pour mixture into casserole.
Arrange avocado slices on top.
Cover and bake at 425° for 12 minutes.
