Avocado Whip is easy to make recipe. Avocado Whip gets its taste from avocados mixed with lemon juice and cream. Avocado Whip is served as a delicious dessert.
  Ripe avocados 3 Large (4 Small)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemons 4 , juiced
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Scoop the meat from the avocados and mash until soft.
Add lemon juice and sweeten with granulated sugar.
You may vary the amount of sugar to taste.
Whip with a wire or rotary beater until smooth.
