|Ripe avocados||2 , peeled and pits removed|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Colored Green)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh mint sprigs||2 (For Garnish)|
|Orange slices||2 (For Garnish)|
Cut avocados into bite size pieces and put into a medium sized bowl.
Wash grapes and add to avocado pieces.
Slice bananas and add to avocado and grape mixture.
Place yogurt in small bowl and beat, with wire whisk, until smooth.
Stir in the honey, orange juice and rind, salt, lemon juice and lemon rind.
Blend together and pour over fruit mixture.
Toss gently to combine.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and orange slices before serving.
