Avocado With Pears

Ingredients
  Canned pear halves 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Avocado 1
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon jelly 1
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pear juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 7 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
Directions

Lay the well drained pear halves in a shallow pyrex dish.
Arrange wedges of avocado between them, and sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
Dissolve jelly in water and pear juice - cool, then pour 1 cup over pears and avocado.
Refrigerate until set.
Mix remaining jelly with cream cheese and spread over top.
Refrigerate.
