Avocado Piquant Cream

The avocado piquante cream is a honeyed avocado cream made with a hint of lime. Made with avocado pulp, the avocado cream is a savory and sweet dessert and can be served with lime twists as garnish.
Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 1 1⁄2 Large
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by peeling and removing the seed from avocados
MAKING
2.In a strainer, force pulp through sieve
3.Now add remaining ingredients and blend well.
4.Pour into freezing tray of automatic refrigerator with temperature control set at coldest point.
5.Freeze 2 to 4 hours, or until firm, stirring once during freezing
SERVING
6.Serve with any appetizer
