|Asparagus||250 Gram (As Many As Are Needed; Allow 4 To 6 Per Person)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cut away fibrous part of asparagus stalks; tie rest together.
Place in tall pot; add boiling water and salt.
Cover; cook over medium heat about 8 minutes (do not overcook); drain.
Pour over asparagus melted butter to which a little lemon juice has been added.
