Fresh Asparagus

This fresh asparagus recipe is a lightly cooked recipe of aspagus. Made by boiling and served with a topping of butter and lemon juice, the fresh asparagus recipe can be served as a side by itself or used in salads.
Ingredients
  Asparagus 250 Gram (As Many As Are Needed; Allow 4 To 6 Per Person)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut away fibrous part of asparagus stalks; tie rest together.
Place in tall pot; add boiling water and salt.
Cover; cook over medium heat about 8 minutes (do not overcook); drain.
Pour over asparagus melted butter to which a little lemon juice has been added.
