|Frozen asparagus spears||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place frozen asparagus, celery, onion and green pepper in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 18 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
Stir twice during cooking.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and chopped eggs.
Pour over asparagus.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes [ROASTS, 2 to 3 minutes] or until cheese softens.
