Chilled Asparagus Lemonette

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sauterne 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried salad herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh asparagus 2 Pound, cooked
Directions

Blend all ingredients except asparagus well.
Pour over asparagus.
Cover; refrigerate for several hours.
Drain; serve on crisp salad greens.
May be garnished with pimento strips.
