Asparagus and Eggs Milanese
|Asparagus||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Shredded parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Trim ends from asparagus and cook in boiling salted water until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes; drain.
Melt butter in a large ovenproof platter or serving dish.
Break eggs onto the platter and bake in a 350Â° oven until whites are just set, about 8 minutes.
Arrange asparagus alongside eggs, sprinkle with cheese, and continue baking until cheese melts.
