Asparagus And Eggs Milanese

Ingredients
  Asparagus 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Shredded parmesan cheese/Romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Trim ends from asparagus and cook in boiling salted water until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes; drain.
Melt butter in a large ovenproof platter or serving dish.
Break eggs onto the platter and bake in a 350° oven until whites are just set, about 8 minutes.
Arrange asparagus alongside eggs, sprinkle with cheese, and continue baking until cheese melts.
Contains about 150 calories per serving.
