Asparagus And Egg Mornay
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned asparagus||340 Gram, cuts|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , sliced|
|Corn flake crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
In a medium-size bowl, melt butter for 1 minute on HIGH.
Stir in flour and cook a further 1 minute on HIGH.
Gradually add milk, stirring well.
Cook for 4 minutes on HIGH, stirring once during cooking.
Add onion, 1/4 cup cheese, asparagus, eggs and seasoning.
Place into a serving dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on MEDIUM.
