Asparagus Or Broccoli Mold
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Asparagus||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Frozen broccoli||10 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in cold water; let stand until partially set.
Drain hot liquid from veget able; add enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
Combine liquid and gelatin mixture.
Fold in whipped cream, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice.
Add vegetable and almonds.
Serve with mayonnaise whipped with a small amount of lemon juice.
