Cold Asparagus

Cold Asparagus is a simple Chinese salad that is extremely easy to prepare. For me, the Cold Asparagus salad always comes in handy when I have a unexpected guests coming over for dinner!
Ingredients
  Asparagus 1 Pound
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Wash the asparagus and cut off the tough part of the stems.
Put into a large pan, cover with boiling water and bring back to the boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Rinse immediately under cold running water until completely cold.
Drain well.
Put asparagus in a serving dish, add the soy sauce, sugar, oil and salt, mix well and serve as a salad.
