|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
Cut away fibrous part of asparagus stalks.
Tie together, place in a tall pot.
Add boiling water and salt.
Cover; cook over medium heat about 8 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Pour over asparagus melted butter to which a little lemon juice has been added.
