Recipe - Grilled asparagus with garlic and olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
1. Chop off the tough ends from the asparagus.
2. Place on a plate or sheet pan.
3. Drizzle the garlic oil all over them.
4. Sprinkle the salt and the freshly ground black pepper.
5. Place on a pre heated grill.
6. Cook till the skin looks charred.
7. Transfer to a plate.
8. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil and serve.
