  Asparagus spears 20 (Thin)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Use steamer to boil water.
2)Break tough ends off asparagus and soak in water for a few minutes to remove any grit.
3)Steam asparagus 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
4)Remove from heat as soon as they are crisp-tender.
SERVING
5)Serve hot.
