Ham And Asparagus Brunch Bake

Ingredients
  Long grain and wild rice 12 Ounce (2 boxes, UNCLE BEN'S Brand Original)
  Asparagus 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces to make 2 1/2 cups
  Chopped ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs) (yellow or red variety)
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 4 Ounce, shredded (1 cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a 11 x7 1/2-inch baking dish.

MAKING
3 In a large saucepan, prepare the rice mixes as per the package directions.
4 Add in asparagus during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
5 Remove rice mixture from the heat.
6 Add in ham, bell pepper and onion, mixing well.
7 Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
8 Evenly sprinkle with cheese.
9 Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through.

SERVING
10 Serve hot.
